Heinemann was born in Hamburg in 1968 and grew up in Bavaria. After passing high school with a spotlight on violin at the Pestalozzi-Gymnasium, she completed an acting training in Munich.
After completing drama school with Kathrin Ackermann and Ellionor Hoffman and classical singing training with marijuana Metheny-Brück and Helmut Banzhaf , Heinemann began her career as an actress. She became known in 1987 when she played Alexandra “Alex” Behringer within the series The Happy Family at the side of Maria Furtwängler , Maria Schell and Siegfried Rauch . In 1995/96 she had the role of Britta within the series Against the Wind . She shot her first movie Lost Wings in 1998 in Dresden. In 2006 she also appeared in Dietrich Brüggemann’s moving picture debut Nine Scenes .
From 2000 to 2002 she was within the ZDF series Die Rettungsflieger, within which she played the leading role of the emergency doctor Dr. Ilona Müller played. so as to be able to implement this role as realistically as possible, she – just like the other actors – was advised by an emergency doctor from the Bundeswehr. After this commitment, Heinemann enthusiastically became a part-time paramedic and still works as an educator at the GARD middle school (non-profit ambulance and rescue service) in Hamburg. Numerous theater works took her to Heidelberg, Bochum, Saarbrücken and Duisburg. She lives along with her son and partner in Hamburg and has been a member of the local company Elfen im Park since 2001.
