Daniel Jacobs is an American professional boxer born on February 3, 1987 is also two time middleweight world champion. He held the IBF title from 2018 to 2019 and the WBA title on 2014. He is also called as the “Miracle Man”. His career was almost cut in 2011 due to a rare bone cancer osteosarcoma where he went on full recovery after spending 19 months out of the sport.

With an 82.8% knockout to win ratio, he is particularly known for his exceptional punching power and is considered as all around fighter with good movement and hand speed records.

He was almost qualified for the U.S. Olympic team at 2006 beating Dominic Wade and Shawn Porter twice but lost the North American Olympic Qualifier Middle-weight finale to Shawn Estrada twice.
