Chancelor Johnathan Bennett an American rapper was born on April 16, 1993 is also known as singer-songwriter and record producer.

He released his debut mixtape 10 Day in 2012. He began to receive recognition from 2013 after releasing his second mixtape, Acid Rap. After his third mixtape, Coloring Book in 2016 which gather attention. He has earned three Grammy Awards, including the award for Best Rap Album and reach at peak on the Billboard 200.

He was named Chicago’s Outstanding Youth of the Year for his activism in November 2014. He joined with Detroit based nonprofit group Empowerment Plan which helps homeless citizens of Detroit and Chicago. He hosted Park event that drew an attendance of 3,300 in June 2016.

He fought against gun violence along with his father and promoted the “#SaveChicago” campaign. He started Twitter campaign on May 23, 2016 using #May23 to stop gun violence for 42 hours.

He donated $1 million to Chicago Public Schools so as to help offset the lack of government funding provided.

He was not scared of trump presidency on 2016 and criticized President Donald Trump numerous times and drawn comparisons to former President Barack Obama. In February 2017, he posted publicly on Twitter that he was worried President Trump was going to change constitutional term limits.

Following Kanye West’s Tweets he gave his support of Donald Trump in April 2018, later Trump tweeted thanking Bennett for his support of West.
